August Seminar Registration

This is a two step process.

Step 1: EMAIL altgenassn@gmail.com with Seminar as the subject. In the body of the email, include your name, mailing address and phone number. If an additional person is included in the registration, add the name.

Step 2: PAYPAL

1. Quantity: Click down arrow to select # of People that you are paying for to attend Seminar. (1 to 4 people)
   Note that the first $45.00 is the cost of 1 seminar attendance. If you select multiple people the total is the amount found just under the quantity of people selected.
   
   
2. PayPal: Click on the yellow PayPal button to complete the transaction. Please only click PayPal.
   PayPal has made us use both buttons, but we only accept PayPal.
